Probably the most important factor in worry prevention is the prevention of fatigue. I have found in my own life that when I’m worn-out physically, I am susceptible to worry. Much like the way fatigue lowers our resistance to the common cold, fatigue lowers our resistance to the emotions of fear and worry.
